Mixed Vegetable Pulao
Rice 2 cups
Water 4 cups
Salt 2 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Bay leaves 2
Cinnamon 1 stick
Brown cardamoms 2
Cloves 2
Carrots 3 medium peeled and
cut into 2 ½ cm. long strips
French beans 100 gms. cut diagonally
Peas ½ cup shelled
Method:-
Water 4 cups

Peas ½ cup shelled
Method:-
- Heat oil in cooker. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamoms and cloves.
- Stir for a few seconds.
- Add carrots, beans and peas. Stir fry for about 2 min.
- Add washed and soaked rice. Stir fry for 1 min.
- Add salt and water and stir.
- Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat.
- Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool.
- Open cooker serve hot.
